Disconnect the original Wi-Fi and try to connect again.
You can try to move or rotate the otoscope up, down, left, and right to adapt to the movement and changes of the picture, and find a suitable force point for you.Use the otoscope after adapting.
Please restart the otoscope, open the APP, and connect to Wi-Fi.
Low battery, please charge.
Please allow "Suear" APP to access photos, media,and files on your device.
Try to swipe the camera lens with a cotton swab or paper towel.
The indicator light turns red during charging, and the fully charged displays blue light.
Please uninstall the APP and reinstall it.
