Troubleshooting
Can't charge/won't turn on or doesn't light up?
1.Please fully charge the item first, or use another data cable to check again.
2.If you don't use it often, please charge it once a month.
Product wifi connection does not work?
1.If other Wi-Fi coverage area is strong, the product signal will be affected by the Wi-Fi coverage. In this case, we recommend changing the environment to try.
2. Confirm whether there are other cell phones connecting to the product WiFi, or whether the cell phone opens the permission of the App to connect to the abnormal WiFi.
App display abnormality/(lens blur/black screen)?
1.Please make sure whether your phone has the permission to open the APP to connect to the abnormal WiFi.
2. Please uninstall and reinstall to check and make sure you choose the right APP.
3.Please wipe the lens of the product with a dry towel.
NOTES:
1. Please put the silicone sleeve tightly on the ear pick before use.
2. Do not break the ear pick with your hands.
3. Children should be supervised by an adult when using the Visual Ear Endoscope.
4. It is not recommended for children under 6 years old and pets on the move.
5. Keep it out of the reach of children as much as possible.
6. For first-time users, please approach the ear canal gently and slowly.
7. Please follow the user manual for your first use.
8. Please do not use metal ear picks directly to cleaner earwax.
9. Please use a regular 5V1A charging plug to charge the product.
10. Do not use the product while charging.
11. Please do not put the product near the fire source under any circumstances.
12. Do not charge the product continuously for more than 1.5 hours.
